  1. 35.    How many hours/day and what months do the children 
  2.     attend school? Describe the school environment.
  3.     Children attend school from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, Monday 
  4.     through Saturday, for 9 months of the year. The school term is 
  5.     from the beginning of September to the end of May. They start 
  6.     school at age 8. The school has 3 floors with 1,000 kids in
  7.      grades 1-10. There are 40 children in each class.

  10.     Regzen is a strong man and does not need doctor visits.  
  11.     Lkhamsuren works in a medical center so she gets free 
  12.     health care.

  15.     Rhythm method.

  18.     Yes.

  24.     No, but we are worried about rising crime (that comes 
  25.     with privatization).

  28.     We would like to have a dog for protection. We're looking for 
  29.     a good breeding dog; maybe we'll get it this year.

  33. 42.    Describe what you do during your leisure time.
  34.     We clean our home/tent.  Watch video movies. Go to the 
  35.     cinema.  During holidays we visit friends and family. We have 
  36.     been to all the museums in Ulaanbaatar. Regzen plays table 
  37.     tennis and basketball. He also goes to almost all wrestling 
  38.     matches in city.

  40. 43.    Does your family take vacations? When and where?
  41.     We vacation one month each year. It varies winter or 
  42.     summer. Usually we go to the countryside in the winter and 
  43.     in the summer.
